BoroughVintage.com accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept E-checks. All payments are processed securely through PayPal.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We pride ourselves in handling your orders in a timely fashion, with most items shipping within 72 hours of ordering; however some items may take longer to process. We normally ship on Tuesday and Friday of each week (excluding holidays).

SHIPPING TIMES:

We ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using priority mail.

Regular service: 5-7 business days

Express service: within 3-4 business days

Overnight service: available for orders placed before 10 am CST. (Overnight orders placed on Friday and Saturday by 10am CST will be delivered the following Monday. Sunday orders placed by 10am CST will deliver the following Tuesday.)

$300.00 and up; $14.95 fee

EXPRESS SHIPPING CHARGES:

We offer Express Shipping for an additional $12.00. (delivery within 2-3 days). Your order must be placed before 10am CST.

OVERNIGHT DELIVERY CHARGES:

We offer Overnight Delivery for an additional $17.00 charge. Your order must be placed before 10 am CST, Monday - Thursday. Orders placed on Friday and Saturday by 10am CST, will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed on Sunday by 10am CST, will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Canada / Mexico add $15.00 to Standard Shipping. All other Countries add $22.00.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can track your order online via the USPS.com website. Paypal will notify you when your order has been shipped.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION Signature confirmation may be required for some orders. Which means you will have to sign for your delivery. If you are not available to sign - you can pick up your package at your local post office. Packages that are unclaimed - will be sent back to us and an extra shipping charge will be incurred to resend the package to you.

RETURNS

BoroughVintage.com wants you to be satisfied. You are entitled to a store credit for any returned goods. Your store credit may be applied towards any future purchase. Goods must be returned in unworn condition with tags attached within 10 days from receipt of goods. Any returns received after 10 business days will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges. We reserve the right to refuse any damaged return.

HOW TO RETURN GOODS

Email returns@boroughvintage.com "within 48 hours of merchandise receipt" - with your return request. We will send a "return confirmation" email authorizing your request.
